Physical rehabilitation is most commonly used in motor organ disorders and dysfunctions, in spinal pain syndromes, after strokes, in certain respiratory diseases, in rheumatoid diseases, and others.
movement is health
KINESIOTHERAPY
It is carried out both in the form of individual therapy (adapted to the patient's condition) and in the form of group therapy:
S-E-T Therapy
mobilization in a gentle form
S-E-T Therapy – utilizes principles of active exercises in relief, can be used in the acute and chronic phases of the condition, based on pain relief, relaxation, mobilization and automobilization, traction and autotraction. The training increases mobility, strength, endurance, and stabilization.
Manual therapy
Relief thanks to manual work
Manual therapy is a specialization in physiotherapy that involves manual examination and treatment of patients with disorders of the musculoskeletal system (nervous system, myofascial system, and skeletal system), which may be caused by improper joint function, contracted joint capsule, compressed nerve, excessively tense or shortened muscle, stretched ligament. Depending on the cause of the problem, the therapist selects the appropriate treatment technique.
Cardio equipment gymnastics
Heart strength and endurance
Apparatus gymnastics Cardio – Cardio training conducted on a treadmill, stationary bike, and elliptical. A well-designed workout engages all muscle groups. It contributes to strengthening the heart muscle's efficiency and improving the body's overall endurance.
Nordic Walking
A march that strengthens
Nordic Walking – a form of recreation involving walking with special poles. People practicing Nordic Walking engage their body muscles to a greater extent, which leads to greater muscle strengthening. Properly conducted Nordic Walking training improves the respiratory and cardiovascular systems, increases oxygen intake depending on the intensity of pole planting. During walking, arm strength and endurance develop, body stability increases, and joints are relieved, which is important for older people. Compared to regular walking, those practicing Nordic Walking burn on average 20 to 40% more calories.
