Terms and Conditions

Arka Medical SPA**** welcomes Guests with pets (dogs and cats). Due to a limited number of rooms designated for stays with pets, we kindly ask you to notify us of your intention to arrive with a pet when making a reservation (in special cases, it is possible to inform the Hotel about the planned arrival with a pet no later than 30 days before the start of the stay). The stay of the pet is subject to a fee according to the current price list.

General Rules

1. The hotel accepts only domestic animals (dogs and cats) weighing up to 30kg.
2. Guests are obliged to provide information about their intention to arrive with a pet when making a reservation.
3. The hotel does not allow stays with dogs considered aggressive, in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration dated April 28, 2003: Pit bull terrier, Majorca Mastiff, American Bulldog, Dogo Argentino, Canary Dog, Tosa Inu, Rottweiler, Akbash dog, Anatolian Karabash, Moscow Watchdog, Caucasian Shepherd Dog.

Reservation

1. When making a reservation, please provide details about the pet's breed, weight, and age.
2. Only healthy animals with a health booklet confirming current vaccinations and deworming are allowed in the hotel. Hotel staff may request to see the health booklet during the entire stay. In case of lack of current vaccinations, for the safety of other Guests, the Hotel reserves the right to refuse the pet's stay on its premises.
3. If information about the planned stay with a pet is not reported when making a reservation, the Hotel has the right to refuse accommodation and refund of the deposit.

Stay at the Hotel

1. The pet owner declares that the animal is healthy and does not pose a threat to other people and animals.
2. The pet owner is obliged to have appropriate equipment such as a leash, muzzle, collar, bed, litter box, food and water bowls, litter, waste bags, etc.
3. Using hotel linen (bed sheets, towels) for pets is prohibited.
4. Pets are not allowed on beds and sofas, nor to relieve themselves in the room or other hotel interiors.
5. The pet owner is obliged to cover the costs related to cleaning or repairing the room interior and other hotel areas (including carpets, mattresses, or other equipment). Damage assessment is made by the Hotel Manager.
6. Full financial and legal responsibility for damages to people, Guests' property, and the Hotel caused by the pet rests with its Owner.
7. Pets may only stay in designated areas. It is forbidden to bring pets into the COBIR area (including indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, and jacuzzi), SPA Gallery, restaurant, children's club, outdoor playground, café, and bars on the Hotel premises. The exception is guide dogs.
8. Pets in the common areas of the hotel may only be on a leash.
9. The pet owner is obliged to clean up after the pet – in the room, common areas, and Hotel surroundings.
10. The pet must not disturb the stay and peace of other Guests.
11. In case of repeated complaints from other Guests or staff, the Hotel reserves the right to intervene. If attempts to contact the Owner do not resolve the issue, the Hotel reserves the right to:
    – enter the room accompanied by appropriate services and transport the pet to the nearest shelter at the owner's expense,
    – terminate the Guest's stay early and expel them from the hotel.
12. For safety reasons, rooms where pets stay are cleaned only in the presence of the Owner, or when pets are not in the room. Contact with reception is required to arrange the cleaning time.
13. If the pet is left alone in the room, please use the sign indicating this on the door.

By booking a stay at Arka Medical SPA**** with a pet, the pet owner declares that they have read and accept all the provisions of these regulations.
