On the 11th, the top floor of the Arka Medical Spa hotel in Kołobrzeg, there is a unique spot – the revolving Eleven Cafe with panoramic views of the sea and surroundings. Thanks to its refined atmosphere, you can relax here while enjoying local specialties like exquisite cakes, ice cream, and desserts served in a delightful setting.

At Eleven Cafe, all coffees are crafted by our baristas from a fine blend of beans from the best plantations in South America and India, known for their full, strong flavor. The pleasure of sipping aromatic coffee is enhanced by stunning views – the panorama of Kołobrzeg and the Baltic Sea in all its grandeur.
