Compression

Entering the chamber / exiting the chamber, i.e. compression and decompression

Entry and exit to the chamber occur through an airlock, which is a transitional room where compression (upon entering) and decompression (upon exiting) take place. These processes last a few minutes.

Compression phase - the pressure inside the chamber is gradually increased to approximately 1500 hPa (i.e., higher than atmospheric pressure), which may cause a feeling of "blocked ears" – similar to in an airplane – it is recommended to swallow saliva, drink water or yawn,
to equalize the pressure in the ears.

In this phase, controlled delivery of enriched air also begins:

Oxygen (32–40%),
Carbon dioxide (1.5–2%),
Hydrogen (up to 0.5%).

Decompression

Decompression phase (pressure reduction)

After the therapy ends, the pressure in the mucus is slowly lowered to atmospheric levels, which can also cause a feeling of "blocked ears," so the same methods as during compression are recommended. The staff informs about the end of the session. After leaving the chamber, the patient can return to daily activities. It is recommended to drink plenty of water (which helps remove toxins) and avoid intense exertion immediately after the session (for 30–60 minutes). Rest if you feel drowsy or experience a drop in energy – this is a natural reaction of the body.

Session procedure

The therapeutic phase (main phase) lasts nearly two hours.
During the session, there is a comfortable temperature (approx. 20–21°C) and moderate humidity. This is your time for relaxation, regeneration, and rest. In the Comfort zone you can take any chair. There are 16 comfortable chairs available, seats are not numbered. In the slightly smaller VIP zone there are four chairs, equipped with reclining backrests and electrically controlled footrests.

During this phase, the body is in conditions of increased pressure and modified gas composition – the patient breathes air enriched with oxygen, carbon dioxide, and hydrogen. Processes occurring in the body include: increased oxygenation of tissues and organs, dilation of blood vessels and improved microcirculation, activation of cellular regeneration, neutralization of free radicals thanks to the presence of hydrogen.
During the session, participants can relax, read a book, surf the internet – you can bring your phone, tablet
or laptop – inside you can connect to Wi-Fi, watch TV – both rooms have televisions (please agree with other participants about watching), listen to relaxing music played from your own phone (we suggest bringing headphones), take a nice nap (many of our guests say the chamber's atmosphere significantly improves their sleep quality), or simply rest. The microclimate inside the chamber favors the body's regeneration.

can fully enjoy the relaxing atmosphere and leave the chamber feeling completely refreshed.
