Sauna Usage Rules
- Before using the saunas, users should familiarize themselves with these regulations.
- The sauna complex is a facility dedicated to the process of biological renewal and rehabilitation.
- Only healthy individuals are allowed to use the saunas.
- All persons using the sauna complex are advised to consult a doctor before their first use and after a few sessions to check its impact on their health.
- Persons suffering from heart disease, hypertension, post-stroke conditions, vascular diseases, internal organ inflammations, fever, thyroid illness, pregnant women, epilepsy, small children due to undeveloped thermoregulation, and those under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants are strictly prohibited from using the saunas.
- Users are fully responsible for their own safety and the safety of others sharing the sauna.
- Saunas may only be used in the company of another person, allowing immediate assistance in case of discomfort.
- Minors may only use the sauna accompanied by an adult guardian.
- Using the sauna immediately after a heavy meal is not recommended.
- The sauna complex is a textile-free zone. Users should expect that there will be individuals who are naked or partially clothed.
- For dry sauna bathing, two towels are required: one for drying off and another to place on the bench.
- The dry sauna should be used completely naked, with the body wrapped in a dry towel – swimwear retains sweat on the skin and may cause irritation.
- Before entering the sauna sessions, the entire body should be washed in the shower and then dried thoroughly.
- All metal objects must be removed before entering the sauna as they can cause burns.
- In the sauna, one should lie down or sit in a relaxed position, with knees drawn up to the body so that the feet are at the same temperature as the rest of the body.
- If feeling unwell in the sauna, leave the cabin immediately and inform the lifeguard for assistance.
- After using the sauna, rest for about 20-30 minutes. Drinking mineral water or tea in moderate amounts (about 0.5-1 liter) is recommended.
- Before leaving the sauna complex and entering the pool area, it is mandatory to cool the entire body under the shower and wash off without using soap.
- Adjusting sauna equipment is prohibited. Any remarks regarding sauna operation should be reported to the staff.
- The hotel is not responsible for any incidents resulting from violation of these regulations.
