REGULATIONS
Dear Guests, for your comfortable relaxation we encourage you to familiarize yourself with the regulations applicable in the SPA Gallery
SPA Gallery Regulations of the Arka Medical SPA Hotel
1. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the scheduled time of your treatment.
2. In case the Client is late for the scheduled treatment, the Hotel reserves the right to shorten the treatment time, while retaining the right to full payment as stated in the price list.
3. If you wish to cancel or change the treatment appointment, please inform the Spa Reception.
4. If cancellation is not reported at least 6 hours before the scheduled treatment, the client will be charged 50% of the treatment price.
5. A package of treatments purchased by the Client in the Spa Gallery, to be used within a strictly specified period, expires after the validity period for which it was issued.
6. If the Client has certain health contraindications for treatments, e.g. illness, pregnancy, ongoing treatment, recent medical procedure, the Client is obliged to inform the person performing the treatment.
7. Persons whose condition indicates consumption of alcohol or drugs, as well as persons with infectious diseases, rashes, or open wounds, are not allowed to use SPA treatments.
8. We recommend:
– avoiding sunbathing immediately before and after treatments
– avoiding heavy meals before treatments
– one hour rest after heat treatments
9. SPA is not responsible for jewelry and other valuables brought into the Spa Gallery by clients.
10. The following are prohibited within the SPA & Wellness area:
– smoking
– bringing in and consuming food and alcohol
– using mobile phones
– loud and inappropriate behavior causing discomfort to other guests.
11. Persons using the pool should wear appropriate footwear (pool slippers).
