The pool area of the Arka Medical SPA hotel in Kołobrzeg is over 350 m² of water surface, available to guests all year round. We offer two heated pools, three brine jacuzzis, a paddling pool with a slide for the little ones, and regular water activities.

Indoor Pool — Year-round Bathing

The indoor pool measuring 9 × 19 m consists of a swimming section and a recreational and rehabilitation section. The water is heated to a temperature of 30–31°C, and the depth is 140 cm — comfortable for both adults and older guests using rehabilitation. The pool is open daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, all year round.

Next to the indoor pool are two brine jacuzzis, perfect for relaxation after swimming. The jacuzzis are available from 3:00 PM.

Outdoor Pool — Brine Pool on the Terrace

The outdoor pool (7.8 × 15.7 m) is a one-of-a-kind attraction — a heated brine pool with a brine concentration of 2.5–3%, located on the hotel terrace. The water temperature is maintained at 30–31°C even on cooler days, and in the summer season, sun loungers are set up around the pool, where you can relax in the sunshine with a view of the hotel park greenery.

Kołobrzeg brine is a natural mineral known for its health properties — brine baths help regenerate the skin, relieve joint pain, and have a relaxing effect on the nervous system.

Outdoor pool opening hours: Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–8:00 PM, Friday–Saturday 8:00 AM–9:00 PM.

Aqua Aerobics and Aquaboard — Water Classes

Every Tuesday, aqua aerobics and Aquaboard classes are held in the pool — water workouts combining balance exercises with fitness elements. Details and registration at the Biological Renewal and Rehabilitation Center or in the Spa Gallery.

Sauna Complex

The pool area is complemented by an extensive sauna complex with an additional brine jacuzzi and collagen and sun meadow therapy (open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM). Saunas are available daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
