Tradycyjna akupunktura chińska to tak zwana „sztuka igieł i ognia”. To terapia cienkimi metalowymi igłami akupunkturowymi oraz moksą. Według tradycyjnej medycyny chińskiej nasze zdrowie zależy od swobodnego przepływu energii witalnej Qi w naszym ciele. Kiedy ten przepływ Qi jest z różnych przyczyn zaburzony, mogą pojawić się wszelkie schorzenia czy bóle.

Tradycyjna akupunktura
Tradycyjna akupunktura polega na rozpoznaniu dysharmonii energetycznej w ciele człowieka i usunięciu lub zahamowaniu jej przyczyn, a co za tym idzie – objawów. Po szczegółowym wywiadzie, badaniu z pulsu i obserwacji ciała, twarzy i języka, zostają dobierane punkty akupunkturowe, które następnie są stymulowane cienkimi, sterylnymi igłami i/lub rozgrzaną moksą. Dzięki temu aktywują się naturalne mechanizmy regeneracyjne i samouzdrawiania, w które wyposażony jest ludzki organizm.

Zabiegi wykonuje Alina Jelińska-Courtioux, która ukończyła czteroletnią szkołę tradycyjnej akupunktury chińskiej w Paryżu (Institut d’Énergétique et Acupuncture Traditionnelles Chinoises) oraz przeszła szkolenia w Polsce, Anglii, Holandii i Portugalii. W latach 2016-2017 prowadziła praktyczne zajęcia z akupunktury tradycyjnej w jednej ze szkół akupunktury w Paryżu. Aktualnie praktykuje w Polsce. Jest członkiem Polskiego Towarzystwa Medycyny Chińskiej oraz FFETC (Federation d’Energetique Traditionelle Chinoise).
